Kevin A. Brown, PMP — President
Mr. Brown has over fourteen years of management consulting experience providing information technology consulting services, business analysis, system planning, project management, independent verification and validation (IV&V), quality assurance, and strategic planning. He is a certified Project Management Professional with the Project Management Institute and has conducted projects for state governments on feasibility studies, requirements collection, procurement planning, project management, systems development business process assessments, IV&V, independent project oversight consulting (IPOC), and strategic planning. Some of Kevin's previous positions include the Director of Business and Information Systems for the Government Operations Group at Maximus Inc., Manager of Foundation Health Federal Services Government Information Systems, and Senior Consultant for Price Waterhouse. Kevin holds a BS in Business Administration with a concentration in Management Information Systems (MIS) from California State University Sacramento.
Sheila Tatayon Brown, J.D. — Vice President
Mrs. Tatayon Brown has extensive experience providing management consulting services to private and public sector clients, including technology staffing issues, business process reengineering, policy analysis, and assistance in government contract procurement and compliance. She has over ten years of legal practice experience in areas that include government procurement, insurance defense, insurance bad faith, contracts, construction, torts, healthcare, and antitrust. Her litigation experience includes jury trials, arbitrations, mediations, and settlement negotiations. Some of Sheila's previous employers include Orion Consulting, Price Waterhouse, the District Attorney's office, and McDonough, Holland & Allen. She holds a Juris Doctorate from the University of Washington School of Law.
